Natalie Forsythe discovered yoga in her early 20s and quickly fell in love with the vinyasa practice that was playful, strong, restorative, and graceful all at once. As her own practice grew, she wanted to share the benefits of yoga with students in her fulltime work at Gordon College as Assistant Director of Campus Recreation. In 2012 Natalie completed her 200-hour teacher training.
Outside of teaching, Natalie is an avid cyclist racing for Riverside Racing in Newburyport, MA. When she’s not in the studio or traveling the roads of the North Shore on two wheels, she enjoys adventures in the kitchen with her husband and spending time on her family’s farm.
