"Meditations on Intention and Being"

To be put on the wait list please email

This special 3-hour intensive will blend dynamic asana practice, meditation, pranayama, and self-study. We will begin the New Year together inspired by our practice and each other. This workshop will be based on Rolf Gates' new book: Intention and Being: Daily Reflections on the Path of Yoga, Mindfulness and Compassion.

The workshop is intentionally challenging, but is open to all who wish to explore yoga as an evolutionary journey. The only 'requirement' is that you show up, do your best and let your best be good enough.  Open to all levels.

A copy of Rolf's new book will be included in the price of the workshop and will be available on the day of the workshop at the studio. Rolf will be available for Book Signings immediately after the workshop
