Ashtanga Full Primary Series

Ashtanga is the backbone of a vinyasa yoga practice. Unfortunately, it has the reputation of being challenging and unwelcoming to Ashtanga newbies.
The goal of this class is to demystify Ashtanga Primary Series postures for those new to the series and offer a fresh perspective to experienced Ashtanga practitioners.
You will gain experience with vinyasa, ujayii breath, bandhas, and dristhi and learn how to put these elements together to build a flowing practice.
