Join Jill and learn to stretch and strengthen the key muscles necessary to move into arm balances and safely practice poses such as:

side crow

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 and 2

Headstand variations

You will feel stronger, more confident and learn where these poses can compliment your asana practice.
