Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop with Emma

A special class for students to learn alignment and engagement techniques for building a variety of arm balances and inversions. When viewed as a layering of straight forward poses, arm balances and inversions become accessible to students of all levels. Emma will guide students through a strengthening, opening flow focused on alignment and balance techniques with ample opportunity to explore and play. Crow/side crow variations as well as classical and tripod headstands and handstand will be addressed through vinyasa flow, prop and wall work.
