Inferno Fusion is a blend of yoga & pilates combining low impact conditioning, strength work and tabata training. It is an intense, full body workout set to music designed to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and improve overall health. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles. The room is heated to 95 degrees with 40% humidity. It is designed for all fitness levels.
Inferno Fusion Express (50 min)
Inferno Fusion condensed into 50 min class. Inferno Fusion is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using principles from yoga and pilates. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Inferno Fusion strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
Warm Flow (60 min)
Power Vinyasa Flow in a Warm Room. Great for those who like to a Yoga Flow but prefer temperatures a bit more moderate (room temp 80-85 degrees)
Warm Basics (75 min)
Power class at a slower pace, focusing on foundation and form in a Warm room. Good for Beginners AND seasoned yogis. (75 minute class)

Strength (45 min)
45 minute conditioning class using your own body weight, stability balls, and light weights to tone muscles and strengthen core in a WARM 80° room.
