Join Jeanne Magazu to learn the fundamentals of Teaching and Practicing Power Vinyasa Yoga.
In this workshop learning is by Doing and Being. We will practice and discuss the elements to include in a power vinyasa yoga class. Attention will be placed on creating the transformation of energy thru a flow based practice that integrates steady breath, steady eye gaze and connection to the core of your body. These elements combined and repeatedly practiced open you up to transformation in your body, mind and life. Dress to practice, be prepared to sweat and come have a good time. The workshop includes presentation, and asana practice followed by a Q and A session. The workshop is for all who are willing to be open to the process.
