What is Inferno Hot Pilates?
Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system that combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training and is performed in a room at 95 degrees with 40% humidity. It creates long, lean muscle mass, burns fat and increases fitness. It creates a stronger core, raises metabolism, increases circulation, and increases flexibility. It is done on a yoga mat and is zero-low impact. It is the perfect complement to hot yoga classes.
